您作為買方，有權在本交易日期後的第三個工作日午夜前，隨時取消本合同，無需承擔任何罰款或義務。
You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.

退款義務
Refund Obligation
一旦收到有效的取消通知，我們將在 10 個工作日內，退還您已支付的全部款項。
Upon receiving a valid cancellation notice, we will refund all payments within 10 business days.
取消期內不得動工
No Work During Cancellation Period
在 3 個工作日取消期屆滿且確認您未行使取消權之前，我們不會開始任何工作、不會對物業進行任何物理改動、也不會動用您支付的任何款項。
No work will begin, no materials delivered, and no funds used until the 3-business-day period expires.
計算規則
How to Count
- 不包括星期日 Sundays are not counted
- 不包括法定假日 Legal holidays are not counted
- 星期六算工作日 Saturdays count as business days

簽約時請將此通知書列印一式兩份，一份客戶留存，一份可寄回。
Print two copies at signing: one for the customer, one to return.
